These Terms of Use, hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" or "Terms" or "Agreement," along with any other Policy or Statement or Information that may be placed on this website, hereinafter referred to as "Company" or “Website” or “We” or “Us,” as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the company and you, hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User" or "Your" or "Buyer" or "Customer."

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment.

Items may be returned up to 14 days from receiving the order.we accept returns in case of following scenario.

* If wrong item is delivered instead of the actual item ordered.

We only accept resalable items in its original packaging with the tags attached and in the same state as received, unused and undamaged.

• Goods once sold cannot be taken back/ exchanged.

• Goods remain the property of Davis Merchants unless and Untill fully Paid.

• Davis merchants  is not responsible for any damages caused while transportation of goods.

• No warranty on electrical products and goods.

TAXES

Davis merchant will not Assume any Liability arising from the sale of products including Value Added tax (VAT) and other taxes. Its the responsibility of the shopper to register, declare and Remit all required taxes in Accordance with the Kenyan Laws

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship worldwide with free shipping for Order above KSH 25,000 within the Nairobi.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.

The following information is the estimated time frame you should receive your order after it has been shipped:

• International: 8-15 business days

• Local Shipping: 2-3 Working Days
